Adam grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee graduating from Tennessee Technological University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. His concentration of study was structural design, but he realized as he was approaching graduation that his passion was construction. He started his career as a field engineer for Charter Construction in Nashville and quickly moved into the office as a project manager. He obtained his professional engineer's license and became both a LEED Accredited Professional and a licensed general contractor while with the company. During his time there he helped grow the company through use of the latest technologies in the office and field. Adam's progressive experience there allowed him to transition into the Operations Manager role for Lithko Contracting's Nashville BURG. Lithko is the #2 Concrete Contractor in the nation. During his tenure there, his leadership helped Lithko move into the structural concrete market in Nashville, growing the office from $12 million to over $60 million in annual revenue. Through relationships he had built in the industry, Adam then had an opportunity to partner with a developer in Nashville. Elmington Capital Group had a desire to add a construction company to their portfolio. They had several complex concrete projects in the pipeline that allowed Adam to utilize his past experience to value engineer these projects and provide the most cost-effective and efficient options possible to the investors. Adam quickly transitioned into the Vice President of Construction role for the organization. During his time there, he was involved with the deals from birth through budgeting, design, estimating, value engineering, construction, and closeout. He worked closely with the owners and future tenants throughout the process. He was involved with individual projects in excess of $45 million and helped to grow the company's annual revenue to over $50 million. Adam is a lifelong Tennessean who is blessed to have a beautiful wife and four sons at home. His passion continues to grow as The Graceway Group moves into the future.
Shea grew up in Memphis, Tennessee graduating from Liberty University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He started his career at Logo Brands. Logo Brands is now consistently a Top 5 Non-Apparel Sports Licensing Company in the USA, producing mainly tailgating goods sold in sports stores nationwide. He was a Regional Sales Manager until 2006 when he was promoted to COO and became a managing partner in the company. During his time in this leadership role, revenue for the company multiplied six times to $12M. Shea and his family moved with the company to Nashville, and he remained in this position until exiting the company in March of 2018. During his tenure as a partner, Logo revenues increased to over $40M. He helped grow the overall technology and operations of the company in all areas of the business to accommodate this growth. In addition to this Shea has also worked closely with owners, licensors, and licensees negotiating high-value multimillion-dollar licensing deals. In 2019 Shea was a founding partner in Driven Security, which is a leading supplier of commercial video / access control security products in Alabama. He is also a current Real Estate investor of almost 14 years. During this tenure in real estate investment, he continued seeking new opportunities to develop in the industry. Shea is happily married with four children. He currently resides in Alabama. As a founding partner of The Graceway Group, he is excited to continue cultivating his progressive experience in the industry.
